Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies is seeking a customer-facing pre-sales professional to support Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) solutions. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding scientific workflows, and traveling across pharmaceutical hubs in India including Bengaluru, Pune, Gujarat and other regions as required.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree in Chemistry or Biological/Life Sciences and possess strong communication and presentation skills to tailor solutions with

Qualifications

• Wet lab experience or exposure is preferred.
• Hands-on ELN/LIMS experience is desirable.
• Prior pre-sales or customer-facing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand scientific workflows and client requirements.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and solution documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and technical teams to tailor ELN/LIMS solutions.
• Provide domain expertise in chemical and/or biological lab workflows.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops and on-site engagements.

  Role Overview
  This is a customer-facing pre-salesrole supporting Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) solutions. The candidate will work closely withsalesand client teams. The role involves travel across key pharmaceutical and life sciences hubs in India, including Bangalore, Pune, Gujarat, and other regions as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand scientific workflows and business requirements
• Support pre-salesactivities including RFP/RFI responses and solution documentation
• Collaborate withsales, product, and technical teams to tailor solutions for customer needs
• Provide domain expertise in laboratory workflows (chemical and/or biological sciences)
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and on-site engagements

Educational Qualifications

• Master?s degree (minimum) or higher (PhD preferred but not mandatory) in:
  • Chemistry/Chemical Sciences (Organic, Physical, Inorganic, Industrial Chemistry)
