R S Diamonds in Mumbai seeks a dynamic Manager PR, Conferences, Exhibitions & Corporate Gifting to lead PR activities, industry conferences, exhibitions, brand events and gifting programs.

The role focuses on strengthening brand visibility, building strategic relationships, executing impactful events, and ensuring consistent brand representation across customer touchpoints and business partners.

Qualifications

• MBA or related postgraduate qualification.
• 10–15 years of PR, events, exhibitions, conferences, or gifting.
• Strong vendor negotiation and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage media relations, press releases, brand mentions, media outreach, PR agencies, and brand visibility initiatives.
• Identify industry conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking opportunities; manage participation, stall planning, vendor coordination, and end-to-end execution.
• Plan and execute brand events, launches, promotional activities, and corporate events within approved budgets and timelines.
• Develop and execute corporate gifting strategies for clients, business partners, employees, and key stakeholders, including gift sourcing, customization, packaging, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with PR agencies, event partners, exhibition organizers, printers, gifting vendors, and other external stakeholders.
• Prepare budgets, negotiate commercial terms, track expenses, and evaluate campaign and event effectiveness.
• Ensure all PR communications, event collaterals, exhibition stalls, and gifting materials align with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Retail Operations, and senior management to support business objectives.
• Maintain event calendars, PR coverage reports, vendor databases, gifting trackers, and post-event performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in PR, event management, exhibitions, conferences, and/or corporate gifting.
• Strong vendor negotiation, project management, budgeting, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power-Point for budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
• Experience in retail, jewellery, lifestyle, luxury, or D2C brands will be preferred.
