Job summary

Swiggy Instamart seeks a seasoned Process Excellence professional to drive lean improvements across FnV, inventory, and operations in Bengaluru. You will lead data-driven projects, implement changes, and enhance productivity and quality while collaborating with product teams to optimize manpower and inventory flows.

The role requires strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in fast-paced environments with 8+ years experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ownership and proactive approach.
• Strong data analysis of large databases and metrics relationships.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain management and lean methods.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects using lean methodologies to boost productivity and quality.
• Ensure operational excellence in FnV unit, inventory management, storage and 5S.
• Maintain high data quality through analysis and action planning with the business unit.
• Drive process re-engineering and support change implementations to improve operations.
• Document and provide solutions for operational procedures and workflows.
• Apply project management to plan and execute tasks with structured, controlled implementations.
• Pursue productivity gains through automation and optimization of processes.
• Collaborate with product teams to design flows for manpower efficiency and inventory control.

Job Description

• To create, design, program manage delivery of process improvement projects with the objective of productivity and/or quality enhancement with lean methodology.

• To ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes specifically in FnV unit of Instamart, inventory management and storage, 5S

• To ensure high levels of data quality via analysis, action planning together with the business unit

• To drive process improvement, process re-engineering, support the implementation of changed processes to improve the quality, productivity of operational processes + systems.

• To support the analysis of operational procedures, assisting with documenting and producing solutions

• To apply project management in compliance with lean methodologies to ensure controlled, structured implementations, as well as assisting in planning and execution of project tasks

• To strive for productivity increases through automation, optimization of operational processes to ensure better quality and customer satisfaction

• To find solutions, seek opportunities for the organization that will further operational and strategic goals.

• Working closely with product teams to create process and product design flows for manpower efficiency improvement and better inventory management

Qualifications

Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong interest in supply chain management, analytical skills, and
