Tata Projects Limited in India is seeking a experienced professional to manage electrical construction projects, including planning, erection, and stringing maintenance.

You will coordinate procurement of engineering items, supervise QA/QC, prepare cost estimates, and ensure compliance with ISO standards while guiding staff and contractors to meet milestones.

Qualificações

• Understanding of electrical drawings and project planning.
• Experience procuring engineering items and materials.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and ISO standards.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze the project and specify the basic approach to be used.
• Procure engineering items and raw materials including capital, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and civil items.
• Coordinate with staff, contractors and residents daily and provide solutions.
• Perform regular site observations to guide contractors and avoid delays.
• Prepare and submit bills to client offices for supply and erection and reconcile materials.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and manage ACE/Zeroing costing before commencement; maintain milestones.

Good understanding of Electrical Drawings, Planning of Projects, Erection & Stringing Maintenance.

Analyze the project and specify the basic approach to be used.

Procurement of all engineering Items/Raw materials including capital, mechanical, electrical, Instrumentation & civil Items.

Both practical as well as theoretical knowledge of Different Electrical Instruments.

Maintaining the ISO standards and procedures.

Preparing and Submission of Bills to client office for both supply and civil, erection.

Bills and Material Reconciliation,

Preparing and submission of project handing over materials,

Communicated with Staff and Contractors and residential customers on a daily basis and provided solutions for problems and assisted in new construction plans.

Performed regular job site observations to provided directions for all Contractors.

Avoided construction delays by efficiently following throw with all site inspection in a timely manner.

Preparation of Statutory Clearances.

Preparation of ACE (Accepted Cost Estimate) or Zero Costing before commencement of project to ascertain better project margin with balanced proportion of Direct Cost and Overheads.

Preparation of Amendments of the contracts for both supply and erection portion.

Ensure compliance and implementation of QA/QC procedures and documentation. Strategic planning and consulting time and resource management for achieving scheduled milestones as per L2.
