Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India is seeking a Manager II PCB Engineering in Bangalore with 15+ years of PCB design experience and at least 5 years in people management. Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-speed, mixed-signal PCBs with SI/PI discipline, DFM/DFT, and robust design practices.

The role requires collaboration across Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Product teams to drive advanced PCB technologies and ensure high-quality, reliable products.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of PCB Design/Hardware Engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PCB design and development for high-speed, mixed-signal, RF, power, and multilayer PCBs.
• Manage and mentor a team of PCB Design Engineers.
• Review PCB layouts, stack-ups, SI, PI, and DFM recommendations.
• Drive engineering best practices, design quality, and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and external vendors.
• Support advanced PCB technologies and product development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PCB design and development for high-speed, mixed-signal, RF, power, and multilayer PCBs.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10 PCB Design Engineers.
• Review PCB layouts, stack-ups, Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and DFM recommendations.
• Drive engineering best practices, design quality, and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and external vendors.
• Support advanced PCB technologies and product development programs.

Required Skills

• B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of PCB Design/Hardware Engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of PCB design, fabrication, assembly, validation, DFM/DFT.
• Hands-on experience with Cadence Allegro, Altium Designer, Mentor Xpedition, or equivalent PCB CAD tools.
• Expertise in High-Speed Digital Design, Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), ECN/ECO, and PLM.
