As a Manager - Payroll, you will lead and manage client accounts within our Workforce Consulting practice, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You will be responsible for overseeing payroll strategies and solutions, confirming that client needs are met with precision and professionalism. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality results. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations, while identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 8 years of total experience
• -6 years of relevant experience on progressive payroll experience, preferably within professional services, consulting, outsourcing, shared services, managed services, or a complex corporate payroll environment.
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
