PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Manager - Payroll to lead client payroll strategies within our Workforce Consulting practice. You will oversee planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of payroll projects, while mentoring junior staff and delivering precise, professional services.

You will drive workforce analytics, engage with stakeholders, and foster innovation and continuous improvement across projects, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with PwC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years total experience.
• 6+ years progressive payroll experience in professional services or similar.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

As a Manager - Payroll, you will lead and manage client accounts within our Workforce Consulting practice, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You will be responsible for overseeing payroll strategies and solutions, confirming that client needs are met with precision and professionalism. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality results. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree


• At least 8 years of total experience


• 6 years of relevant experience on progressive payroll experience, preferably within professional services, consulting, outsourcing, shared services, managed services, or a complex corporate payroll environment.


• Oral and written proficiency in English required
