Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in HR transformation, HR operations, HRIS implementation, workforce consulting, shared services, outsourcing, or related delivery.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of HR implementation and transformation projects for external clients, including discovery, design, configuration support, testing, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
  • Analyze client needs to develop strategic workforce planning and talent management solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement talent acquisition, development, and retention programs.
  • Apply analytical thinking to interpret workforce trends and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and execute organizational development strategies to enhance employee engagement and effectiveness.
  • Apply statistical analysis and modeling to optimize workforce strategies and drive organizational success.
  • Guide clients in aligning workforce strategies with business objectives through strategic human resource planning.
  • Support the implementation of human resources management systems to improve organizational performance.
  • Build meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their workforce needs.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster career development and enhance team capabilities.

As a Senior Associate - HR Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in workforce consulting, focusing on human resources, talent management, and organizational development. You will analyze client needs and develop strategies to optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will specialize in strategic consulting services, working closely with clients to analyze workforce trends and design talent acquisition, development, and retention programs that align with business objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear. What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • 4-8 years of progressive experience in HR transformation, HR operations, HRIS implementation, workforce consulting, shared services, outsourcing, or related project delivery.
