Job summary

Sun Pharma in Vadodara seeks an experienced Manager 1 - Packaging & Device Development to lead characterization of RLD pack samples and finalize packaging configurations for NDA/NDA exhibits. You will drive material supplier development, changes for blister/strip packs, and support regulatory filings for regulated markets.

• Graduate : B.E /B.Tech (Mech) OR Science Graduate + Masters in Packaging or relevant experience
• Tenure: Around 10 - 15 years

Responsibilities

• Characterize RLD pack samples.
• Finalize packing configuration for Exhibit batch packing.
• Identify new packaging materials and vendor development for packaging materials.
• Change part development for blister / strip packs.
• Support Regulatory team on ANDAs/NDAs filing for regulated market.
• Coordinate with NPI & planning team for launch of ANDAs/NDAs.
• Prepare & revise packaging material specifications.
• Prepare & review MPC, FMEA, TA, DHF & AFMEA.
• Prepare & review Development Study protocol & report & execute the study.
• Perform functional test as per regulatory requirement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team (FDD/RA/Plant/Marketing/PMO) for task completion.
• Participate in FAT of machines.
• Support plant during exhibit batch packing and product launches.
• Support plant for investigation of market complaints.
• Prepare related documents (Pack style, Justification report, etc.) as required.

Job Description

1. 1. Characterization of RLD pack samples.
2. 2. Finalization of packing configuration for Exhibit batch packing of new generic product/NDA as per requirement.
3. 3. Identification of new packaging material & new vendor development for packaging materials.
4. 4. Change part development for blister / strip packs
5. 5. Support to Regulatory team on ANDAs/NDAs filling for regulated market.
6. 6. Coordination with NPI & planning team for launch of ANDAs/NDAs.
