Job summary

EXL is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive organization-wide transformation initiatives in India. The role focuses on implementing OCM strategies, tracking adoption metrics, and maintaining detailed plans aligned with project timelines.

You will engage stakeholders, run readiness assessments, and support communications and training activities to reduce resistance and improve adoption. The position requires 5-9 years of OCM experience, proficiency with PROSCI/ADKAR, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in Organizational Change Management with exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in change management frameworks such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills to support stakeholder alignment and change adoption.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with OCM elements such as communications, training, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement.
