Job summary

Hero Future Energies in India seeks an Operations & Maintenance professional to oversee solar project O&M activities, ensure adherence to maintenance plans, and drive site performance.

You will monitor KPI data, analyze performance, and coordinate with O&M contractors and site managers to resolve issues while ensuring safety.

Leading a team of engineers, you will manage inventory, budget, and timely invoicing, supporting coordination with authorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• O&M activities of Solar project
• Monitor and analyze performance data (KPIs) of the Solar project
• Achieving Management Target KRAs
• Daily MIS Reporting & Analysis of Performance of each site
• Prepare Maintenance Plan and Adherence to Scheduled timelines of Plan
• Regular Interaction with O&M Contractors, Site managers for Resolution of Site Issues
• Ensure Quality, Health & Safety at site
• JMR/Invoicing as per defined timeline
• Inventory Management, Spares Planning and tracking of Spares consumption
• Budget preparation and Budgetary Control
• Vendor Bills / Invoices and Payments
• Coordination with Govt. bodies / Local people / Stake Holders
• Leading a team of engineers and build competency of the team
