Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8–10 years in operational excellence/continuous improvement in pharma or manufacturing.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred.
• Proven track record leading significant improvement projects with tangible results.
• Strong data analytics, GMP knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operational excellence strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and cost optimization.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma and other improvement projects from concept to completion with measurable outcomes.
• Train, mentor, and coach staff on OE methodologies and tools.
• Establish KPIs to track progress and impact of improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D for successful changes.
• Document best practices, SOPs, and process flows.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage operational excellence strategies and programs aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost optimization through data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
• Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels on operational excellence methodologies and tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and success of improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D) to ensure successful implementation of process changes.
• Document best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flows.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and accountability within the organization.

Job Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

• Proficiency in process mapping tools, statistical software (e.g., Minitab), and project management software.
