Corporation Service Company in Bengaluru, India seeks a skilled professional to support and deliver in Loan Operations, leveraging strong Excel and communication skills. You will coordinate with global counterparts, banks, and brokers to record activities and ensure accuracy across private equity fund structures and related accounting processes.

The role includes supervising a team, preparing NAV workbooks, handling capital activity, and contributing to investor reporting and ILPA aligned

Formación

• Knowledge of private equity and debt fund structures and hierarchies
• Understanding of SPVs, master-feeder funds and fund structures
• Familiarity with investors’ classes, carry structures
• Experience recording investor commitments and fund accounting entries
• Capital activity processing: subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, switches
• NAV preparation and P&L rebalancing concepts like IRR/TVR
• Knowledge of IRR, Time Weighted Return and investment multiples
• Investor/reporting and ILPA reporting (optional)
• Client interaction on accounting/operational issues

The position:
The main objective of the individual is to work closely with the Loan Operations group to supportand deliver. The role requires strong Excel, communication skills. The successful candidate willbe expected to work on various complex tools and coordinate with our global
counterparts/Banks/Brokers to record activities and ensure accuracy

• Knowledge of private equity/ debt fund structures designs & hierarchies, Special purpose vehicles, standalone funds, master-feeder funds and the role of each entity in the fundstructure
• Knowledge on the role of Investors’ classes, GP class, carry class, Affiliated / Non [1] affiliated classes.
• Recording investors commitments and knowledge on accounting ofinitial/subsequent/late closings.
• Processing capital activities i.e. subscription, redemption, transfers, switches. Preparingcall and distribution notices, wire details and related schedules. Processing andunderstanding the role of Master-feeder capital transactions
• Responsible for booking trading and non-trading transactions and finalizing books ofaccounts.
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly NAV workbooks and economic allocations, knowledgeon PNL rebalancing and European & American waterfall methods
• Computation of management fees in various periods, preferred returns and carriedinterest computations
• Knowledge of various ratios viz. Internal rate of return, Time weighted return, Investmentmultiple
• Handling Investor reporting, Fund level reporting and ILPA reporting (optional)
• Interacting with clients on various accounting/operational issues
• Knowledge of Operations and accounting of Bank debts, TRS, MBS, CLO instruments

As People Manager:

• Day to day supervision of direct reports in the team. Ensure that all operational andpeople management issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
• Ensure operational control, identify failures and provide solutions
• Grooming team members
