Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited seeks an experienced professional to manage large-scale inventory strategies and analytics across multiple sites. You will translate sales forecasts into actionable inventory plans, design robust management processes, and forecast industry trends.

Role requires 10–15 years of experience and a BE/B.Tech degree, with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP tools like SAP and Teamcenter.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in engineering with knowledge of manufacturing process design and plant layouts.
• Experience in machine procurement and REQ.
• Knowledge of installation and commissioning of assembly and testing equipment.
• Understanding of engine manufacturing processes, design and planning.
• Experience in DCP preparation, PFMEA updation and review mechanisms.

• Translates sales projections into inventory and site requirements; designs strategic inventory management plans for the organization.
• Makes inventory forecasting for the organization and predicts industrial inventory management trends.
• Consults on all aspects of business analytics and risk evaluation of outcomes.
• Designs and enhances workflow and supporting applications for analysing business performance.
• Promotes the value and results from utilizing predictive and advanced analytics for business decisions.

• Establishes best Order management and Supply chain practices and develops related training programs.
• Consults on recommendation and implementation of Order Management, Production planning and Schedule Management software.
• Designs Control Towers for entire Supply Chain processes.
• Articulates current and future perspective of End to End Supply Chain Processes and Performance Management.
• Leads short- and long-range projects on Digitisation of supply chain processes.

• Exp in machine procurement & REQ

• Sound Knowledge of Engine MFG processes, Designing & Planning
• Experience in DCP preparation, PFMEA updation & review mechanism, RPN reduction
• Knowledge of Advanced technologies
• BOM handling
• Hands on experience in SAP, Team centre handling
