National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) invites applications for a Manager, Stakeholder Engagement: TPA, Central, State, CPSU, Inter-Ministerial & Apprenticeship Advisors. The role focuses on strengthening collaborations with TPAs, government bodies and industry partners to support NAPS implementation.

The ideal candidate will lead stakeholder consultations, coordinate across ministries, and drive KPI-driven engagement while traveling across India as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder engagement with TPAs, Central/State governments, CPSUs, and apprenticeship advisors.
• Coordinate with TPAs to enhance apprenticeship adoption and efficiency.
• Engage with Central Ministries, State Governments, CPSUs, and public sector organizations for apprenticeship promotion.
• Build and maintain relationships with Apprenticeship Advisors and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Facilitate inter-ministerial coordination to support policy implementation and growth initiatives.
• Organize stakeholder consultations, workshops, and awareness programs for NAPS.
• Support onboarding of new stakeholders and government partners.
• Monitor stakeholder activities and KPIs under NAPS.
• Address stakeholder issues and escalations in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams and regional stakeholders for smooth execution.

Purpose

The Manager in Stakeholder Engagement: TPA,Central, State, CPSU, Inter-Ministerial & Apprenticeship Advisors will drive effective stakeholder coordination and engagement under NAPS. Therole will focus on strengthening collaboration with TPAs, Central and StateGovernments, CPSUs, and apprenticeship advisors. The Manager will facilitatestakeholder consultations, coordination, and follow-up to support effectiveprogram implementation. The role will oversee TPA-related engagement andsupport coordination across government and institutional stakeholders. Itwill also facilitate stakeholder and industry consultations as part of thebroader NAPS engagement framework. Overall, the position will contribute tostrengthening stakeholder partnerships and supporting effectiveimplementation of NAPS initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement- TPA, Central, State CPSUand Interministerial and apprenticeship advisors

• Drive stakeholder engagement and partnership initiatives tosupport effective implementation and expansion of NAPS.
  
• Coordinate with Third Party Aggregators (TPAs) to enhanceapprenticeship adoption and improve operational efficiency.
  
• Engage with Central Ministries, State Governments, CPSUs, andpublic sector organizations for apprenticeship promotion.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ApprenticeshipAdvisors and key ecosystem stakeholders.
  
• Facilitate inter-ministerial coordination to support policyimplementation and apprenticeship growth initiatives.
  
• Organize stakeholder consultations, workshops, meetings, andawareness programs to promote NAPS.
  
• Support onboarding and engagement of new stakeholders,establishments, and government partners.

• Collaborate with internal teams, State Engagement Officers, andregional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  
• Prepare stakeholder reports, presentations, briefing notes, andmanagement updates.
  
• Track engagement outcomes, partnership performance, and keystakeholder-related KPIs.
  
• Provide guidance on NAPS policies, processes, portalfunctionalities, and operational procedures to stakeholders.
  
• Identify new collaboration opportunities with Ministries,Departments, CPSUs, industry bodies, and other institutions tostrengthen the apprenticeship ecosystem.
  
• Be open to extensive travel across India for stakeholdermeetings, government consultations, workshops, review meetings, fieldvisits, and other responsibilities assigned by NSDC .
  

Knowledge and Experience

Education Qualifications

Graduate orPost-Graduate in Management/MBA, Public Administration, Public Policy,Economics, Social Sciences, Science, Technology, Engineering, or any otherrelevant discipline.

Experience

6–8years of relevant experience in Stakeholder Management, TPA Coordination,Government Coordination, Industry Engagement, or Apprenticeship/SkillDevelopment Programs.

Language Skills

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills inEnglish and Hindi.

2. Effective stakeholder communication and coordinationskills.

3. Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.

4. Ability to communicate effectively with TPAs,Central/State stakeholders, CPSUs, industry bodies, and ApprenticeshipAdvisors.

5. Good professional writing and officialcorrespondence skills.

6. Ability to prepare reports, presentations, meetingnotes, and stakeholder updates.

8. Knowledge ofadditional regional languages would be an advantage.
