PeopleStrong is seeking an Engineer – Execution – Site (Mechanical) to lead on-site mechanical works such as piping, equipment erection, HVAC, and fire protection. You will supervise subcontractors, interpret drawings, and ensure QA/QC, safety, and timely handover of systems.
The role requires 2-5 years of hands-on site experience, a Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, and strong coordination with procurement and design teams. Based at the project site in Hyderabad.

The Engineer – Execution – Site (Mechanical) is responsible for executing mechanical works at the site, including piping, equipment erection, HVAC, fire-fighting, and utility systems. The role ensures timely execution, quality control, adherence to safety standards, and coordination with other departments and contractors.
Execute site-level mechanical works including erection of equipment, pipelines, ducting, fire-fighting systems, etc. Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure work progress as per schedule and standards. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and layout plans. Conduct stage-wise inspections, testing, and installation verification as per QA/QC guidelines. Ensure availability of required resources (materials, tools, manpower, equipment) for uninterrupted execution. Maintain site documentation such as daily progress reports, inspection logs, and material tracking. Coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery and with design teams for technical clarifications. Monitor contractor performance and raise flags on deviations or non-conformities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and participate in safety audits and tool-box talks. Support commissioning activities and assist in resolving punch points during handover
