Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales and leasing targets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
• Drive business through channel partners and ensure achievement of targets.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Generate and evaluate new leads and convert them into opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, operations, legal and other internal teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Monitor sales and leasing performance and prepare regular MIS and management reports.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Marketing (Real Estate) to lead marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate sales and marketing, excellent customer relationship management skills, and the ability to develop and manage channel partner networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales and leasing targets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
