About JMP - Fast-track leadership program

The JMP - Fast track leadership program is a global initiative with the intention of identifying, hiring and developing early talent for future leadership roles. This program is designed for high-potential MBA graduates from premier B-schools, who want to learn, grow and lead confidently. Over an immersive two-years journey you will go through four rotations of six months each where you will experience cross functional, cross business divisions and international exposure, gain real business insights, and build the managerial capabilities needed to step into a leadership role early in your career.
