Role Overview

We are looking for a highly refined, relationship-driven professional to join our Rare Disease business. This is a niche, high-impact role focused on building strong partnerships with super-specialists and hospital ecosystems to identify and support patients requiring fundraising for high-value rare disease treatments.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex hospital environments to unlock meaningful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with super-specialists, neurologists, pediatric specialists, and other key stakeholders within leading hospitals.
  • Identify and source patients and families who may require fundraising support for high-value rare disease treatments, often involving treatment costs running into multiple crores.
  • Develop trust-based partnerships with doctors, hospital administrators, care coordinators, and support staff.
  • Navigate institutional barriers and secure access to decision-makers within clinics and hospitals.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of the organization's patient-support and fundraising solutions.
  • Own the entire lead-generation journey, from stakeholder mapping to opportunity conversion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and execution.
  • Represent the organization professionally at conferences, CMEs, and medical forums.
Candidate Profile
  • We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to engage with patients, caregivers, and senior clinicians.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome access and meeting hurdles within hospitals.

  • Excellent stakeholder-management capabilities in complex healthcare ecosystems.
Preferred Background
  • Candidates from the following backgrounds will be preferred:
  • Enterprise sales professionals currently operating in an individual contributor role.
  • Senior doctor-facing professionals from medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare technology, hospital solutions, or other healthcare services.
  • Key Account Managers or Strategic Account Managers managing hospital partnerships.
  • Professionals with experience engaging tertiary-care hospitals and specialist networks.
  • Candidates from traditional pharmaceutical sales backgrounds will not be considered.
Experience & Compensation
  • Experience: 4–7 years.
  • Compensation: Annual CTC of 13.6–14.4 lakh, comprising of fixed pay and performance-linked incentives.
  • Base Location: Bangalore.
Travel Requirement
  • This is a high-travel role requiring regular travel across Tier-1 cities in South India, such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, and other markets as the business expands.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with extensive field travel and frequent in-person meetings with healthcare stakeholders.
