Parekh, a leading group, is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to lead infrastructure operations across multiple locations, ensuring system availability, security, and performance while supporting business continuity and evolving business needs.

You will manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance, coordinate preventive maintenance and upgrades, and drive end-to-end infrastructure projects from scoping to go-live with minimal downtime.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to lead infrastructure operations across multiple locations, ensuring system availability, security, and performance while supporting business continuity and evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations of servers, storage, and enterprise systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Monitor performance, proactively identify issues, and provide infrastructure support across locations.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, system upgrades, hardware replacements, and infrastructure enhancements with minimal business disruption.

Project Management, Deployment & Facility Setup

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects scoping, budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Drive infrastructure rollouts for new offices/warehouses network design, server/storage provisioning, and go-live readiness with minimal downtime.
• Coordinate cross-functional and vendor teams for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain project documentation (risk registers, status reports, post-implementation reviews) to track milestones and deliverables.

Backup, Recovery & Disaster Recovery

• Manage backup and recovery operations to ensure data availability and business continuity.
• Coordinate disaster recovery readiness, including periodic testing of recovery procedures.
  

Security & Compliance

• Ensure infrastructure complies with security standards and organizational policies.
• Implement and monitor security controls in coordination with relevant IT teams.
• Support audits and compliance assessments; identify risks and implement mitigation measures.

Vendor & Incident Management

• Coordinate with hardware, infrastructure, and technology vendors for support, preventive maintenance, and issue resolution; manage vendor performance and escalations.
• Manage infrastructure-related incidents and business-impacting escalations, coordinating with internal teams and vendors for timely resolution.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring issues and implement preventive measures.

Warehouse Infrastructure & Automation

• Optimize IT infrastructure processes across warehouse operations, supporting automation and business requirements.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities and emerging technologies (including AI) to improve infrastructure efficiency and reduce repetitive manual processes.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions aligned with business needs.
  

Documentation & Process Standardization

• Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, operational manuals, and asset records.
• Standardize processes and drive continuous improvement across locations.
• Track infrastructure performance metrics and improve service delivery consistency.
