Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a seasoned Manager, LaSalle Investment Modeling (CMG JBS India – Hyderabad) to join the CMG JBS team in India. You will support onshore users managing real estate investment funds, coordinating investor reporting, data management, and transaction support across all property types while collaborating with global analysts and leadership.

The role requires 10+ years in CRE, advanced Excel and financial modeling, and experience with Argus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with proficiency in CRE processes: lease analysis, tenancy schedules, valuations, portfolio cashflow projections, operating statements, loan abstraction, and third-party report reviews.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and validate primary and secondary data sources for CRE assignments.
• Prepare investor reporting for real estate funds across regions.
• Coordinate with finance, asset managers, and research teams to prepare fund performance summaries.
• Deliver polished presentations with clear slide design and high accuracy.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
