Job summary

Axis Max Life Insurance Limited seeks an experienced investigations professional to lead internal investigations into employee conflicts, workplace harassment, and policy violations.

You will own end-to-end case management, review reports, and drive consequence management including disciplinary actions. Strong knowledge of HR policies and MS Office is essential.

Willingness to travel pan-India and contribute to data analytics initiatives with AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post graduate degree preferably in Law/ Human Resources.
• 6+ years of experience in employee conflict investigations.
• Deep knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint & advanced Excel.
• Working knowledge of AI will be a value add.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of cases assigned for investigation.
• Review investigation reports and initiate consequence management including disciplinary actions.
• Provide recommendations to internal stakeholders for amendments in policies and procedures.
• Create reports and trends for Senior Management review.
• Conduct educatory/awareness sessions and periodic business connects.
• Willingness to travel pan-India to support business requirements.
• Proficient with developing dashboards and insights for investigations and centralized consequence management.
• Keen to learn and participate in data analytical activities through AI tools.

Job description

• Conducting internal Investigations on complaints/ allegations of Behavioral, workplace harassment, employee disputes & other misconducts/ violation of policies.
• End to end responsibility of managing the cases assigned for investigation
• High End Documentation of Cases/projects/assignments
• Assisting in management of Centralized Consequence Management on concluded investigations of financial impropriety, workplace harassment and other market conduct related frauds
• Reviewing the investigation reports prepared by investigators and initiating consequence management on employees, that will involve initiation of disciplinary actions including preparing & issuing various letters like educatory note, warning, reprimand and termination.
• Basis non- compliant severity provides recommendations to internal MLI stakeholders for amendments in pre-established policies and procedures
• Creating reports and trends for Senior Management review
• Productiveness in leading /participating in projects & assignments
• Conducting educatory/awareness sessions
• Periodic connects with Business leaders of processes which are identified as potential risk accounts/locations to create preventive action plan
• Open to travel to other locations(pan-India) and support business requirement at short notice
• Proficient with developing and publishing dashboards, insights to Senior Leadership on investigations/ centralized consequence management
• Keen to learn and participate in various data analytical activities through use of Agentic AI and tools.

Desired Qualification and Experience
