Whirlpool India Limited is seeking an experienced PLM Integration Architect in India to design and implement cross-domain digital thread solutions across PLM, ALM, and ERP ecosystems. You will lead API governance, microservices patterns, and event-driven data flows that harmonize Windchill, Creo, Codebeamer, and SAP ERP connections.

The role requires 8–12 years in engineering systems integration, deep Windchill and Codebeamer expertise, and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• 8–12 years of experience in PLM implementation and engineering systems integration.
• Deep expertise in PTC Windchill (REST Services, InfoEngine) and experience with Creo and Codebeamer (ALM).
• Hands-on experience integrating PLM BOMs with SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, OSLC, Webhooks, and event-driven architectures.

• Architect the Cross-Domain Digital Thread: Design and implement robust integration patterns connecting PTC Windchill (PLM), Creo (CAD), Codebeamer (ALM), ThingWorx Navigate, with enterprise SAP ERP, PPM & Simulation tools and cloud data platforms.
• Govern APIs and Middleware: Lead the development of secure, scalable APIs, RESTful microservices, OSLC connectors, and event-driven architectures (Kafka/MQTT/Webhooks) to link PLM, ALM, and ERP systems.
• Establish Closed-Loop Data Flows: Create bidirectional telemetry data feedback loops in the entire Engineering ecosystem
• Ensure End-to-End Traceability: Implement seamless product lifecycle traceability starting from system requirements in Codebeamer, through mechanical designs in Creo, to BOM structures in Windchill and manufacturing release in SAP
• Eliminate Engineering Silos: Bridge the technical and procedural gaps between mechanical engineering, electrical/embedded firmware engineering, software development, and manufacturing operations.
• Converge Software-Hardware Lifecycles: Harmonize sprint cadences and release timelines between Agile software engineering tools (Codebeamer/Jira) and stage-gate mechanical engineering workflows (Windchill PLM).
• Harmonize Data Models: Standardize enterprise metadata, part numbering conventions, variant configurations, and engineering change management workflows across all integrated platforms.
• Partner with PLM Lead and business functions engineering, R&D, manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams to understand the requirements business needs and define design solutions
• Lead technical solutioning for core PLM areas including product data management, EBOM/MBOM, SBOM, engineering change management, document control, CAD data management, design release and NPI workflows.
• Design and implement integration architectures linking PTC Windchill PLM, Creo, Codebeamer ALM, and SAP ERP.
• Govern enterprise APIs, RESTful services, OSLC connectors, and event-driven data flows.
• Ensure end-to-end product traceability from system requirements to BOM management and release.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering, IT, and manufacturing teams to capture requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Experience & SKills :

• 8–12 years of experience in PLM implementation and engineering systems integration.
• Deep expertise in PTC Windchill (REST Services, Info*Engine) and experience with PTC Creo and Codebeamer (ALM).
• Hands-on experience integrating PLM BOMs with SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, OSLC, Webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
