Job summary

D-tech Management Resource in India is seeking a skilled electrical technician to diagnose PLC issues in Siemens and ABB systems, and to program ABB, Siemens, Schneider, and Yaskawa drives. The role requires knowledge of control logic, safety practices, switchgear, and sensor technology.

Candidate will work in shifts, lead shift teams, and ensure a productive and safe working environment in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Diagnose problems with Siemens and ABB PLC systems (hardware and software).
• Ability to program ABB, Siemens, Schneider, and Yaskawa AC and DC drives.
• Knowledge of various electrical control logics and diagnostic skills.
• Experience in shift work and leading shift teams.
• Familiarity with different types of electrical switchgear.
• Awareness of industrial safety culture and practices.
• Knowledge of industrial sensors and their operation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems with Siemens & ABB PLC systems (hardware & software) and implement changes per requirements.
• Program ABB, Siemens, Schneider, and Yaskawa AC/DC drives and diagnose issues.
• Understand and apply various electrical control logics to troubleshoot.
• Lead shift personnel and foster a healthy shift culture.
• Be aware of electrical switchgear types and their application.
• Adhere to safety standards and promote safe working conditions.
• Understand industrial sensors and their functioning.
