Job summary

Mastertrust is seeking an experienced professional to manage institutional trade execution across equity and derivatives. You will handle large orders via DMA/Algo platforms, monitor execution quality, and maintain strong broker relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of equity/derivatives, Bloomberg Terminal (preferred), and a solid understanding of STP processes. This role demands precision under pressure and strict adherence to compliance norms.

Qualifications

• For this role, strong knowledge of equity and derivatives is essential.
• Hands-on experience in institutional dealing and trade execution required.
• Proficiency with OMS platforms and algo trading is expected.
• Experience using Bloomberg Terminal is preferred.
• Understanding of STP and institutional workflows is essential.

Responsibilities

• Trade Execution Dealing: execute institutional client orders across equity and derivatives segments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Order Management Monitoring: oversee large orders via DMA/Algo platforms and monitor confirmations.
• Risk Compliance: ensure adherence to SEBI rules and internal policies; monitor limits and margins.
• Broker Counterparty Management: maintain relations with brokers, custodians, and clearing members.
• Reporting: prepare daily trade execution reports.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Trade Execution Dealing: Execute institutional client orders across equity and derivatives segments; Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order execution; Handle clients such as MF, PMS, AIF, Insurance companies; Maintain high standards of client servicing and execution quality; Align trades with fund strategies and client requirements.
• 3. Order Management Monitoring: Manage large orders through DMA/Algo trading platforms; Use smart order routing systems for efficient execution; Monitor trade confirmations and execution quality.
• 4. Risk Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance policies; Monitor exposure limits, position limits, and margin requirements; Coordinate with risk and compliance teams for smooth operations.
• 5. Broker Counterparty Management: Maintain strong relationships with brokers, custodians, and clearing members; Negotiate brokerage and execution terms.
• 6. Reporting: Prepare daily reports on trade execution.

Required Skills Qualifications
