Job Description

• Enhanceunderwriting processes to bring in operationalefficiency, improve accuracy and productivity. Drive KPIs like improvementin Issuance Percentage, Reduction in additional requirement, minimising revenueleakages & improvement in overallquality of business.
• Balance the expectations of sales channels alongwith functional and organizational needs of risk management and mitigationwithout impacting the business goals
• Tohandle the dynamism arising in view of seasonal business peaks and alsounpredictable regulatory & sales behaviours.
• Managerelationship with reinsurer, Operations & other internal teams to gaincompetitive advantage at strategy level for the channel, portfolio, cases andstrike a good balance of risk and customer convenience.
• Bringabout Effective and Efficient underwriting at portfolio level through data analytics.
• Engagewith internal and external strategic partners to prevent various kind of fraudsthat are prevalent in the marketplace.
• Minimise Risk leakages thoughboth the automated as well as the manual underwriting roots by constantvigilance & updating of all the related micro processes
