4010 Carrier Airconditioning & Refrigeration Ltd in Delhi seeks a Manager- HVAC National Accounts to drive growth across national accounts and strengthen relationships with key clients. You will lead cross-functional efforts to expand the footprint into the North region, focusing on cassette, TLC and VRF segments to achieve significant revenue.

The role requires BE/BTech (MBA preferred) and 4–8 years HVAC experience, with a full-time on-site work arrangement.

• Expand national accounts footprint with development/revival of at least 10 new accounts in North, focusing on Cassettes, TLC and VRF, targeting approx. 2.5 M $ revenue.
• Enhance engagement with major accounts by organizing knowledge sharing on industry/product/system updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to grow Focus product lines (Cassettes & VRF) faster than market growth.
• Support National Accounts head in new business development across the national account network.
• Promote product testing at third party labs to demonstrate CRL product superiority.

About the role

Role Purpose: To drive National Accounts business growth in alignment with the company's vision. To support the National Accounts team by managing and strengthening key dependable accounts.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Expansion of national accounts footprint with developing/Reviving of at least 10 new accounts in North with focus on important product segments i.e. Cassettes, TLC and VRF Hence generating App. 2.5 M $ from these accounts
• Enhanced engagement with Concerned teams of major accounts by organizing regular knowledge sharing programs on industry/product/system update.
• Ensure that Key team Work closely with businesses to grow Focus product of Cassettes & VRF greater than market growth.
• Strongly support National Accounts head in C&A[BSS] Business endeavor in national accounts customer network.
• Promote and execute Product testing at third party neutral labs thereby aimed at establishing CRL product superiority over competition.

Minimum Requirements:

• BE/BTech or equivalent qualification; MBA preferred.
• Experience working in the HVAC industry.
• Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience.
