Resonia, formerly Sterlite Power, seeks a Manager - HSE (Projects) to oversee end-to-end safety on TL and SS sites in Latur, Maharashtra. The role emphasizes enforcing HSE policies, driving safety standards, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure project safety compliance.

Strong field orientation and ability to mobilize safety actions across large multi-location projects are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• HSE Compliance: Ensure implementation of HSE policies, project HSE plans, procedures and statutory requirements across sites.
• Risk & Safety Monitoring: Conduct site inspections, identify hazards/unsafe practices and ensure appropriate risk controls are implemented.
• Stop Work & Corrective Action: Exercise Stop Work Authority for critical safety deviations and ensure corrective actions before work resumes.
• Incident & Contractor Management: Drive contractor HSE compliance and manage reporting, investigation and closure of incidents, near misses and HSE non-conformities.
• HSE Governance & Reporting: Facilitate audits, toolbox talks and HSE meetings; maintain safety reports, action trackers and escalate critical risks to management.
