You will develop annual maintenance plans, monitor line health, and drive CBM/RCM practices to ensure high availability and quick restoration in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• EHV Transmission Line O&M expertise (400kV/765kV).
• Asset integrity and line patrolling management.
• Transmission line fault analysis.
• Emergency restoration management.
• ROW and corridor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual maintenance plans, preventive maintenance schedules, and reliability improvement programs.
• Ensure transmission line availability targets are achieved as per regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Monitor network performance, outages, forced trippings, and line health indices.
• Implement CBM and RCM practices and conduct RCA for major outages, conductor snapping, insulator failures, tower damages, and OPGW failures.

Position Summary

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual maintenance plans, preventive maintenance schedules, and reliability improvement programs.
• Ensure transmission line availability targets are achieved as per regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Monitor network performance, outages, forced trippings, and line health indices.
• Implement condition-based maintenance (CBM) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices and Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major outages, conductor snapping, insulator failures, tower damages, and OPGW failures
