Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the Tax practice across all levels.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth and workforce forecasting.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and niche Tax roles through market mapping and engagement.
- Identify innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and high‑quality talent.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to Tax Partners, Business Unit Leaders, and HR Business Partners.
- Participate in workforce planning and provide hiring recommendations based on market trends.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
- Manage hiring across key Tax service lines (Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, International Tax, Transfer Pricing, M&A Tax, Global Mobility Services, Tax Technology & Transformation, Tax Litigation & Regulatory, Corporate Tax Compliance, etc.).
- Ensure a seamless candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct competency‑based interviews and assess technical and behavioural fit.
- Drive offer management, negotiations, and pre‑joining engagement.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, compliance standards, and governance.
- Utilize ATS and recruitment technologies to maintain accurate hiring data and reporting.
- Lead process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Monitor hiring trends, competitor activity, salary benchmarks, and talent availability, and present actionable insights.
- Partner with employer branding teams to strengthen positioning in the Tax talent market.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives.
- Coach and mentor Talent Acquisition team members, drive capability building, performance management, and knowledge sharing.
- Build a collaborative, high‑performance recruitment culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Preferred: MBA/Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources.
Experience
- 8–12 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years supporting Tax, Consulting, Legal, or Professional Services hiring.
