Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a high-tech manufacturing business in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end HR and IR. The role covers administration for a facility and the corporate office, driving employee relations and ensuring compliance across statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in HR, with 8+ years in manufacturing, and a strong track record in shop-floor workforce management, payroll, and policy development. Kannada and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of HR experience with at least 8 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in aerospace, defence, automotive, engineering, or precision manufacturing.
• Strong exposure to industrial relations, labour law compliance, and shop-floor workforce management.
• Proven experience managing white- and blue-collar populations.
• Fluency in Kannada and English.
• Leadership, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• MBA/PGDM/MSW with HR/IR/Labour Welfare specialization preferred.
