Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Manager GES H2R in Hyderabad to lead and manage the Hyderabad GES H2R organization, driving end-to-end HR service delivery with a focus on user experience, governance and continuous improvement. As Manager GES H2R Hyderabad and in line with the GES vision, you will lead and manage the GES H2R Hyderabad organization driving end-to-end service delivery across Learning, Mobility and Benefits, with a strong focus on exceptional user experience, operational excellence, data-driven performance, and continuous improvement. You will build capabilities, lead change, and enable innovative solutions across processes, tools, and partnerships, while ensuring that the Hyderabad team operates with strong governance, compliance, customer orientation, and global stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the GES vision into clear priorities for the GES H2R Hyderabad organization, positioning the team as a strategic partner that creates value for HR, employees, people managers, business leaders, and global stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the Hyderabad-based GES H2R teams across Learning, Mobility and Benefits, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture and building scalable capabilities for a sizeable and growing organization.
• Continuously improve end-to-end HR service delivery, ensuring processes are efficient, consistent, compliant, and designed around an exceptional user experience across the global employee population.
• Drive operational excellence through disciplined service management, process simplification, quality improvement, automation opportunities, and effective use of HR technology, tools, data, and partner solutions.
• Lead key GES H2R projects, initiatives, and change management activities, ensuring strong execution, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and sustainable value realization across processes and services.
• Manage and influence senior stakeholders globally, including HRLT, Global HRBPs, Regional HR Heads, Business Leaders, People Managers, HR Effectiveness, internal partners, and external vendors, ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment on service expectations.
• Define, monitor, and drive performance against KPIs and success measures, including employee satisfaction, turnaround times, accuracy, productivity, compliance, cost effectiveness, governance, and risk management, using insights to continuously enhance service quality and user experience.

• A bachelors degree combined with solid experience in Human Resources processes, and shared services.
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the confidence to partner with different types of stakeholders including external partners.
• A strong operational excellence mindset, with proven ability to manage end-to-end HR processes, simplify workflows, improve service quality, and deliver reliable, timely, and compliant outcomes.
• Demonstrated focus on user experience and service excellence, using employee and stakeholder insights, CSAT, pulse feedback, service levels, and quality measures to continuously improve customer journey.
• Strong digital and data fluency, including HRIS and HR tools, reporting, analytics, automation, bots, and partner technologies, with the ability to translate data into decisions and innovative service solutions.
• Proven change management and project leadership experience, with the ability to drive adoption, embed new ways of working, and realize value from strategic initiatives across global teams and partners.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work confidently in a global, crossfunctional setting.
• Willingness to operate primarily within European time zones.
