Job summary

Acko is seeking a Manager- Group Health & Personal Accident to lead underwriting activities in Delhi. The role involves underwriting employer/employee health proposals (B2B2C) and coordinating with senior underwriters for daily operations.

The candidate will ensure quick quotation turnaround, optimize conversions, and aim for favorable loss ratios while preparing proposal forms for portfolios in a collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience into Health & Accident- Group Underwriting.
• Above average educational background.
• Candidate who can collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for underwriting employer/employee health proposal (B2B2C).
• Work with a team of senior underwriters for end to end management of day to day operations.
• Ensure good TAT on quotations requests, optimize quote conversions and profitability of accounts and portfolio.
• Preparation of proposal forms and ensure the target Loss ratio are achieved.
