Mvn Infrastructure is seeking an experienced funding and debt advisory professional to manage the organization’s funding requirements, lender relationships, and capital strategies in India.

The role involves leading debt financing initiatives, preparing proposals, coordinating due diligence, and negotiating terms with banks and NBFCs to support growth and liquidity management.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt syndication or structured finance.
• Background in brokerage, real estate advisory, lending, NBFC, or investment banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising initiatives through banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and other lending partners.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute debt financing opportunities to support business growth and working capital requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, financial institutions, and credit rating agencies.
• Prepare financial models, funding proposals, information memorandums, and presentations for lenders and stakeholders.
• Negotiate financing terms, loan documentation, covenants, and security structures.
• Coordinate due diligence, legal documentation, and transaction closure processes.
• Monitor debt obligations, repayment schedules, and covenant compliance.
• Support strategic initiatives involving acquisitions, project financing, refinancing, and capital restructuring.
• Work closely with business, legal, treasury, and finance teams to ensure timely execution of funding transactions.
• Track market developments, interest rate trends, and financing opportunities to optimize borrowing costs.
• Assist senior leadership in financial planning, liquidity management, and capital allocation decisions.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the organization's funding requirements, lender relationships, debt raising activities, and capital structuring initiatives. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in brokerage, real estate advisory, lending, NBFC, investment banking, or consulting firms such as JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, or similar organizations involved in debt syndication, structured finance, or loan transactions.
