Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a Franchise Lead in Rajasthan to oversee all Franchise stores in a designated zone. You will drive customer service, sales and revenue targets for voice, data, and related products, while ensuring stock availability and process compliance.

The role requires strong data analytics, 8+ years in customer handling, and prior telecom experience. You will coach channel partners and steer VIMS roll-outs to achieve expansion and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Customer Handling /Retention Management.
• Must be able to communicate with peers and seniors in the system well and convincingly.
• Strong data and analytical skills. With a keen eye for detail & identifying process gaps & driving improvement.
• Prior telecom experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for all products across Vodafone Idea Mini Stores (VIMS) in a zone.
• Ensure and monitor quality of customer acquisition through VIMS.
• Ensure availability of stock at VIMS while adhering to norms.
• Deliver overall revenue targets through VIMS channel.
• Achieve up-selling and cross-selling targets.
• Facilitate roll-out of VIMS and meet expansion targets.
• Coach channel partners to improve efficiency and adherence to processes.
• Resolve VIMS-specific issues within timelines.
• Keep channel partner motivation high through regular performance reviews.

Job Purpose

Overall responsibility for activities at all Franchise stores in a zone spanning customer service, sales and revenue targets across all products (voice – postpaid/ prepaid, data etc.)

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Achieve sales target for all products (Voice-
• Postpaid/ prepaid, data, VAS, handsets etc.) across Vodafone Idea Mini Stores(VIMS) in a zone
• Ensure and monitor quality of acquisition through VIMS
• Ensure availability of stock at VIMS while adhering to norms
• Deliver overall revenue targets through VIMS channel
• Achieve total target for up-selling and cross-selling
• Facilitate roll-out of VIMS (incl. selection of partners, location etc.) and meet expansion targets
• Coach channel partners to improve efficiency and adherence to processes
• Resolve VIMS-specific issues within specific timelines
• Keep channel partner motivation levels high through regular reviews of performance
