Role & responsibilities

We are a boutique consulting firm looking for an exceptional professional to join our growing team as Manager - FP&A and Deal Advisory Support

• Hands-on experience in building and reviewing complex Excel models in at least one of the following areas: FP&A, Quality of Earnings (QoE), Due Diligence, Valuation, or Business Finance.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
• Involvement in at least one M&A, fund-raising, or strategic transaction.
• Experience in contract review and commercial agreement analysis.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional presence.
• Strong commercial acumen and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses create value.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments under tight timelines.
• Deeply analytical, intellectually curious, and committed to high-quality execution.
• Versatile and adaptable, with the ability to work across a broad range of business, finance, and transaction-related engagements.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience interfacing with senior management teams, founders, boards, investors, or overseas stakeholders.
• CFA qualification and/or MBA.
