Job summary

Alldigi Tech Ltd. in Chennai is seeking a motivated Finance professional to join the FP&A and Business Finance team.

You will support monthly MIS, dashboards, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to drive business performance for a fast-growing listed company. The ideal candidate is a CA or MBA in finance with 2–4 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and familiarity with SAP/Oracle or Power BI.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA in finance with 2–4 years FP&A experience in a multinational or Big 4 environment.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A operations, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Exposure to Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly MIS, dashboards, and management reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Analyze actual vs budget/forecast variances and explain
• Prepare board decks, investor presentations, and management packs
• Contribute to financial modeling and pricing for new business
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, HR, IT to collect data
• Support automation and improvement of reporting using Excel, Power BI
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management
• Track key operational efficiency initiatives and contract renewals
• Assist Head of FP&A with assigned deliverables

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance professional to join our FP&A and Business Finance team. The role will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and business performance analysis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure to corporate finance and business partnering in a fast-growing BSE and NSE Listed organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of monthly MIS, dashboards, and management reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Analyze actual vs budget/forecast variances and prepare explanations
• Support preparation of board decks, investor presentations, and management packs
• Assist in financial modeling, pricing for new business, business case analysis, and scenario planning
• Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR, IT) to collect and validate financial data
• Support automation and improvement of reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, and financial systems
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely reporting to management
• Keep track of Key operational efficiency initiatives, Key client contracts obligations and timely renewals
• Assist Head of FP&A for deliverables as assigned from time to time.

A CA / MBA finance with 2-4 years in FP&A function, preferably in a multinational or Big 4 environment

14 to 18 LPA

Strong knowledge of FP&A operations, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and financial reporting standards

• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance fundamentals
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Basic understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis is an advantage
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) or Power BI is a plus
