CloudSEK is looking for a high‑agency operator to work directly with the leadership team on high‑impact cross‑functional initiatives, including AI automation workflows.

About the Role

You’ll collaborate with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive cross‑functional initiatives and build automation that scales the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage AI/automation workflows (Make.com, n8n, Claude, or similar) across business functions, replacing manual effort with systems.
• Drive cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end, from scoping to execution.
• Support GTM and strategic initiatives with research, analysis, and structured thinking.
• Work across sales, marketing, and product teams to identify automation opportunities and ship solutions fast.

Ideal Profile

• 4–6 years in GTM, consulting, or a founder’s office role, with hands‑on experience building automations or AI workflows.
• Strong communicator who can hold their own with senior stakeholders.
• Bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity, and wired to build systems rather than just manage tasks.
