Job summary

M&G India, the strategic innovation and digital hub for M&G, invites a BI & Analytics professional with 6–9 years of experience to join our Mumbai team. You will lead Power BI reporting, data modeling, and dashboard development to enable FP&A insights and strategic decision-making.

Ideal candidates will have strong SQL, Excel, and Python in BI, plus exposure to AI agents and Power Platform tools. A BE/BTech or equivalent quantitative degree is preferred, with experience in financial performance

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or reporting.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, Power Query, Pivot Tables).
• Solid understanding of SQL and data extraction techniques.
• Experience on Python in BI and AI agents.
• Experience in FP&A or related domain (preferred).
• Good knowledge of Power Platform tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data meaningfully.
• BE/BTech (preferred) or equivalent degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• Hands on experience on AI suites like Copilot, Claude, etc.
