Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Mumbai seeks a regulatory reporting professional to assist in the preparation and review of RBI returns and related data submissions. You will work with IT to automate data extraction, prepare BRDS, and support user acceptance testing on reports.

You will also prepare/review RBI submissions, coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for timely audits, and gain exposure to BR Act and RBI regulations affecting CRR/SLR/DICGC/PSL/Deposits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation/review of RBI returns and other data points for regulatory submissions.
• Review existing data extraction processes and automate requirements with IT by preparing BRDS and assisting with UAT on reports.
• Prepare/review Returns for RBI submissions.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors to ensure timely audits.
• Understand corporate governance regulations (BR Act, RBI regulations) related to CRR/SLR/DICGC/PSL/Advances/Deposits.

Job description

• Assist in preparation/review of various data points / returns to be submitted at various frequencies to regulators, namely RBI
• Review of existing process for extraction of data for above submission & automating the requirements through coordination with I T teams by preparing BRDS & assisting with doing UAT on the Reports developed by the I T.
• Preparation/ Review of Returns in respect of above to be submitted to RBI
• Coordination with Internal as well as Statutory Auditors for timely completion of Audits.
• Understanding of various corporate governance regulations such as BR Act / RBI regulations etc. relating to CRR/ SLR/ DICGC/ PSL/Advances/ Deposits etc
