Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a Finance professional to lead financial control and reporting, prepare MIS, and ensure timely close cycles with adherence to IGAAP and IND-AS. The role covers budgeting, variance analysis and forecasting, cash flow planning, and banking relations to optimise working capital.

Responsibilities

• Financial Control & Reporting: Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with IGAAP, IND-AS. Implement and maintain strong internal controls, and risk management frameworks. Prepare Management MIS reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget vs actual performance and provide variance analysis with explanations and provide analytical insights for corrective and timely action.
• Taxation & Regulatory: Oversee tax planning, assessment and litigation management. Preparation of advance tax calculations and ensure timely advance tax payments.
• Banking & Treasury: Manage cash flow planning, optimum utilization of funds, Optimize working capital. Interact with banks regularly for routine operations and documentation. Ensure timely submission of bank related reports for working capital facilities. Generate BRC (Bank Realization Certificates), EDPMS Queries Support in supervising cash flow and foreign exchange exposure management.
