Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Mumbai (BKC) is seeking a Manager Finance to support the AVP for financial reporting, tax, audits, and business decision support. CA is required, with 3–5 years post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.

This is an on-premise role reporting to the Financial Controller. Based in Mumbai, you will lead IndAS reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and investor presentations while coordinating statutory and tax audits and ensuring adherence to

Qualifications

• CA is a must.
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience with IndAS and statutory/regulatory compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare IndAS financial statements for multiple entities including section 8 company on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Lead consolidated financial statements for group companies as per IndAS.
• Own the annual budgeting and forecasting process and Business Modelling.
• Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.

Role is based in Mumbai, BKC, On Premise role. Reports to the Financial Controller.

Qualifications:
