Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a finance professional to support local teams across multiple countries. You will contribute to tax books, statutory accounts, IndAS accounting, and MIS reporting for international subsidiaries.

The role focuses on P&L, cash flow, balance sheet analysis, costing, pricing, and opportunities in treasury and business cases, with emphasis on compliance and governance across group entities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with group companies and international subsidiaries is preferred.
• Understanding of hyperinflation principles and Turkey estimates.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support local Finance Team across multiple countries.
• Prepare MIS reports and commentary on monthly/quarterly performance of international subsidiaries.
• Conduct P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet analysis, costing and pricing.
• Identify cash flow and treasury opportunities and build business cases.
• Assist in valuations, CSI proposals and M&A support.
• Ensure compliance and governance across group entities.
