Job summary

NIBE Limited in Pune district, India, is seeking a Manager – Finance to lead core finance operations and support the Group CFO across planning, accounting, treasury, and governance. You will drive financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, internal controls, and fundraising efforts, while building the Finance & Accounts team and partnering with senior management on strategic investments.

The role requires 4–8 years in finance and experience in capital-intensive industries; familiarity with Ind AS

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in finance, accounting or treasury.
• Experience in capital-intensive industries (space, defence, aerospace, manufacturing) preferred.
• Exposure to fundraising, corporate finance, or transaction advisory is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, taxation, regulatory compliance, treasury, financial modelling, and ERP systems.
• Proven experience managing audits, banking relationships, investors, and multi-entity finance operations.
