Job summary

Bhumi Fellowship in Chennai seeks a Manager - Recruitment to own the end-to-end selection process and drive recruitment partnerships with colleges and corporate partners. You will manage the execution of the fellowship recruitment, shaping strategies and targets for scalable impact across education initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, English/Tamil communication, willingness to travel, and a track record of building partnerships.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in managing a team.
• 1 to 2 years of Sales/BD/promotional Experience in the education segment (colleges).
• Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing Recruitment & Selection strategy to attract the best talent for the Bhumi Fellowship through internal and external collaborations/partnerships.
• Independently owning the strategy execution and achieving recruitment targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Collaborating and strengthening relationships with colleges/universities, corporates and relevant institutions.
• Managing and coaching team members to ambitious outcomes.
• Ability to gather and analyse data to inform decisions.

The Bhumi Fellowship is a learning and development journeyfor young change-makers with a passion for committing to educational equity inthe long term. The program currently has 32 fellows in Chennai, working withover 5,500 children in over 30 schools. In 2023, we aim to recruit at least 100fellows in two cities.

The Manager - Recruitment, Bhumi Fellowshipwillmanage the execution of the entire Fellowship selection process(including recruitment and selections) through key partnerships for recruitingexceptional candidates for Bhumi Fellowship .

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Developingand executing Recruitment & Selection strategy to attract the best talent for the BhumiFellowship through internal and external collaborations/partnerships
