Your main responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of existing elevator, escalator, and moving walk installations to identify modernization opportunities and develop tailored upgrade proposals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and technical service teams to design and deliver high-quality, customized solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients across various building types.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets by leveraging in-depth knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key personas including customers, engineering teams, technical service teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and collaboration for successful project outcomes.
