Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking a Manager - Employee Relations to advise and guide employees and managers on ER matters, ensuring statutory compliance and governance across India’s plants and offices.
The role focuses on managing compliance frameworks, handling grievances, coordinating with legal teams, and driving engagement and ethical conduct across locations.
To serve as a trusted advisor, facilitator, and guide to employees & people managers on all aspects of Employee Relations, including statutory compliance, employment-related risk management, policy interpretation, and governance. The role is responsible for managing the central compliance framework across manufacturing plants and office locations in India, overseeing labour and employment litigation, ensuring third-party compliance aligned with evolving labour codes, and driving capability building for business and line leaders on Employee Relations processes. The position also focuses on fostering a culture of high engagement and ethical conduct, ensuring 100% statutory compliance across all locations, and maintaining constructive engagement with trade unions and employee representatives.

MBA in Human Resources / MSW.
LLB / Certification in employee relations.
5–8 years in HR/ER, with at least 2–3 years in employee relations role within manufacturing environment.
