Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of equipment and utilities; coordinate with production to resolve maintenance issues.
• Delegate work as per planning for breakdown jobs.
• Document work orders as prescribed in SOPs.
• Follow user requirements per SOPs; ensure safe working conditions and environmental practices.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment as per schedule; monitor PPE usage and cleanliness.
• Act as SHE core team member; report incidents or near misses to superiors.
• Identify unsafe conditions/acts and escalate appropriately.

Job Description

ITI with Diploma, above 8 Years Experience in API Plant maintenance, Modification works, HVAC Maintenance. Should have knowledge in GMP, Safety, Good Engineering Practices

• To look after day-to-day maintenance of equipment’s and operations Co-ordination with Production Officers to solve any maintenance/utility problems.
• Delegation of work as per planning to attending the breakdown jobs.
• Documentation of work orders as prescribed.
• To follow / completion of user requirement as per prescribed SOP’s.
• Work distribution and attending delegated jobs with all required permits Ensuring the completion of the breakdown, planned jobs and cross verifying the same.
• Ensure Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices.
• Monitor and usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.
• As per schedules preventive maintenance of all equipment’s must be complete in time.
• Act as SHE core Team members (HOD to identify the SHE Core Team Members).
• Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors.
• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors.
• Also responsible for the work of senior in the absence of senior workers.
