What You Will Do:
- Design and develop Digital Technology projects aligned with HR groups using DOT NET, Oracle PL/SQL and UNIX.
- Gather, analyze, design, and develop data integrations and applications using HTML, JavaScript, Oracle PL/SQL, DOT NET, and UNIX.
- Provide technical leadership on integrations and application development, focusing on workshops and partnering with conversion leads, IT leads, and local BU resources to ensure a holistic design and solution.
- Enhance IT processes and design approaches to meet project and business needs and deadlines.
- Engage in Oracle, PL/SQL, UNIX, DOT NET, SQL Server applications development, Integrations HUB, and ADP integrations within the RTX environment.
- Identify opportunities in the overall project methodology for technical or process improvements to facilitate agile development, shorter timelines, and more robust integrations.
- Oversee resource planning, capacity management, budgeting, and project prioritization to balance business demands, technical constraints, and organizational objectives.
- Establish and continuously improve development methodologies, delivery processes, and operational standards to increase agility, reduce delivery timelines, and enhance system reliability.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor capabilities, recommending innovative solutions that maximize the value of existing investments and improve the overall HR and Payroll technology ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with corporate security, audit, data privacy, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a robust and secure application landscape.
- Support the Workday and ADP integration requirements across countries.
- Communicate and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Digital leadership teams to manage resource and system constraints, supporting project timeline goals.
- Ensure processing and system improvements, developing strong relationships with the HR Digital team, HR, and Payroll teams to facilitate integration delivery and support.
- Provide innovative technology solutions for the overall system landscape and architecture.
- Work with ADP, Workday, and other partners to explore additional opportunities and value through existing investments.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, system performance, user experience, and long-term sustainability of the HR Digital platform.
- Develop and mentor team members, promote technical excellence, and build organizational capability to support current and future business needs.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a .NET developer with Oracle/SQL Server development and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline, or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of a degree.
- Hands‑on experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Proficiency in .NET (Core, VB, C#), Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server, AngularJS, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and system integration with Workday and ADP.
- Strong background in ADO.NET, SAML 2.0, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, Web Services, and IIS (6.0–12.0).
- Experience with Visual Studio, GitHub, SSMS, TOAD/Oracle SQL Developer, SSIS, SSRS, Bootstrap, AJAX, and jQuery, and in designing and implementing complex .NET applications leveraging SQL Server and/or Oracle PL/SQL objects such as functions, procedures, packages, triggers, views, and sequences.
