Job summary

SolarEdge Technologies in Bengaluru seeks Development TL – Applications, Web & DevOps to lead the design, integration, modernization, and delivery of enterprise and web applications. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with full-stack development, DevOps ownership, and ERP integration support.

You will promote AI-enabled development, ensure quality and security, and collaborate across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in application development; at least 5 years in technical leadership or team leadership.
• Experience with modern development frameworks and full-stack web technologies (e.g., .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular).
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise web apps, APIs, integrations, and secure web solutions.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, microservices, and modernization approaches.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, copilots, automation, and data pipelines.
• Strong SDLC, agile methodologies, code review standards, software quality, and secure development principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of enterprise web apps and APIs.
• Own DevOps ownership and CI/CD pipelines for delivery speed and reliability.
• Oversee integrations with ERP systems and data pipelines.

The Development TL – Applications, Web & DevOps is responsible for leading the development, integration, modernization, and ongoing delivery of enterprise and web applications. The role combines hands-on technical leadership, full-stack web development capabilities, DevOps ownership, Oracle ERP integration support, and the adoption of AI-enabled development technologies to improve delivery speed, automation, quality, and business value.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in application development, including at least 5 years in technical leadership or team leadership role.
• Strong background in modern development frameworks and full-stack web technologies, such as .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise web applications, APIs, integrations, responsive user interfaces, and secure web solutions.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices, such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, microservices architecture, and modern application modernization approaches.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and AI-assisted development capabilities, including LLMs, copilots, predictive analytics, automation tools, and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of SDLC practices, agile methodologies, code review standards, software quality, and secure development principles.

Requirements:

• Experience working in global or multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion, CRM, or SuccessFactors.
• Experience with Drupal development or implementation — an advantage.
